In Short

• Assist in payroll processing and check distribution for multi-state/multi-company payrolls.
• Handle incoming inquiries and requests related to payroll.
• Support the Sr. Manager with audit requests and payroll tax correspondence.
• Resolve escalated payroll issues and assist with payroll process documentation.
• Demonstrate strong enthusiasm toward payroll processes and accuracy.
• Provide customer service and timely resolution of payroll issues.
• Maintain proper payroll processing documentation.
• Analyze payroll data for accuracy.
• Work closely with internal/external parties to obtain data.
• General assistance to the payroll department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with high-volume multi-state payroll processing using ADP.
• Familiarity with MS Office products, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and deduction management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and proactive attitude.
• Ability to secure confidential information.
• Background in benefits/accounting/HR is a plus.
