Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with 3+ years in Ruby on Rails.
• Comfortable working with critical systems and troubleshooting production issues.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid team.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
• Passion for staying current with technology trends.
