Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, including multi-state operations in high-growth organizations.
• Mastery of payroll tax regulations and compliance across diverse jurisdictions.
• Proven success in registering new states and scaling payroll processes.
• Advanced proficiency in BambooHR payroll systems (highly preferred).
• Impeccable attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Unwavering integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
