Overview

The Senior Manager of Biodiversity and Water will be responsible for implementing policies related to water and biodiversity within Accor's global operations, focusing on environmental impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.

• Evaluate environmental impacts on operations and vice versa.
• Lead impact analyses integrating double materiality and risk/opportunity dimensions.
• Develop and adjust the strategy for water and biodiversity.
• Define annual objectives aligned with group strategy and stakeholder expectations.
• Update group policies on water and biodiversity regularly.
• Review regional roadmaps to meet objectives.
• Conduct internal/external consultations as needed.
• Monitor regulatory developments to inform action plans.
• Support the deployment of the sustainability strategy.
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with CSRD requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in agronomy or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in natural resource management projects.
• Expertise in biodiversity and water resource protection.
• Proven project management skills in an international context.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to organizational culture.
• Ability to persuade and find solutions.
• Proficiency in managing complex data for decision-making.
