The Senior Manager of Biodiversity and Water will be responsible for implementing policies related to water and biodiversity within Accor's global operations, focusing on environmental impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements
Master's degree in agronomy or related field.
5-10 years of experience in natural resource management projects.
Expertise in biodiversity and water resource protection.
Proven project management skills in an international context.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to organizational culture.
Ability to persuade and find solutions.
Proficiency in managing complex data for decision-making.
