Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Design, develop and maintain custom Terraform providers and Ansible collections for on-premises platforms.
• Automate Windows environments using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Build and integrate APIs or adapters where automation interfaces are missing.
• Work as an integrated member of customer squads, contributing to backlog tasks.
• Support the adoption of the IaC mindset by documenting solutions and coaching.
• Contribute to automation across other infrastructure domains as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform and proven experience developing custom providers in Go.
• Strong Windows automation skills: Active Directory, Windows Server, Hyper-V.
• Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Programming skills in Go and Python; solid API design/integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with Linux administration, networking, storage or databases is a plus.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
