The role involves ensuring the availability and performance of a Pega application for a major global insurance company, while managing AWS services and supporting DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• Basic Linux knowledge and good client approach.
• Willingness to work in a 20/5 rotating shift schedule.
• Experience with ticketing systems and server infrastructure processes.
• Very good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Proactivity, involvement, and teamwork.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
