In Short

• Help improve and scale the platform connecting fans and talent.
• Work across multiple technologies, mainly backend API, databases, and infrastructure.
• Design, build, maintain, and monitor core infrastructure.
• Participate in planning for infrastructure growth.
• Debug production issues across the tech stack.
• Drive a DevOps mindset across the engineering organization.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and data teams.
• 2+ years experience in web applications and infrastructure support.
• Proficient in observability tools and AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience supporting web applications and infrastructure.
• Proficient in observability tools like Grafana, OTel, X-Ray.
• Experience with AWS and container support.
• Familiar with programming/scripting languages (Js/Ts, Python, Groovy, Bash).
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD (Jenkins).
• Knowledgeable in Kubernetes (EKS) and Kafka.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo, Redis).
• Familiarity with NodeJS, React, ReactNative.
• Strong product sense and comfortable with ambiguity.
