Motion Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Motion Designer with a strong background in animation, editing, and platform-native content to help bring our brand and educational materials to life.

In Short

• Design and animate high-impact motion graphics for educational videos, course trailers, social media, and campaigns.
• Edit and produce platform-optimized videos (Reels, Stories, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and educators to develop clear visual narratives.
• Create storyboards and motion concepts that align with educational goals.
• Integrate motion graphics within broader design systems and layouts in Figma.
• Adapt content to meet performance and storytelling best practices across all major platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design and video editing.
• Strong English communication skills (Russian/Georgian is a plus).
• Experience working on a virtual/global team is preferred.
• Strong portfolio with examples of work in social media and educational video content.
• Experience creating content for various social media platforms.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software (After Effects, Cinema 4D).
• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of Figma and the ability to integrate motion into design systems.
• Strong visual storytelling and typography skills.
• Experience developing storyboards and motion design concepts independently.
