HR (Human Resources) Intern - Remote

As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help serve over 1,200 employees across Connecticut and New York... playing a vital role in the mission to discover, build, and celebrate the abilities in every person.

In Short

• Support the day-to-day administrative functions within the Human Resources department.
• Work with the Employee Relations Team, Recruiting Team, or Training & Talent Development Team.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college during the internship.
• Strong technology skills required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Flexible hours for Fall 2025.
• Hybrid working model: 1-2 days in Bethel, CT office, other days remote.
• Unpaid internship for college credit only.
• Passionate about making an impact in a mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college during the time of internship.
