Overview

As a Study Management Associate III (Clinical Trial Manager), you will be part of a dynamic, centralized study management team that is responsible for the execution of our global clinical trials and a key member of the study team.

In Short

• Execute global clinical trials under the guidance of Study Project Manager.
• Ensure studies are executed with quality and efficiency.
• Work independently as a clinical study leader.
• Manage vendor selection and oversight.
• Lead recruitment strategies and planning.
• Conduct meetings and provide updates on study status.
• Develop and manage study materials.
• Oversee EDC, IRT, and ePRO systems.
• Provide training to stakeholders.
• Support global submission strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in Pharma/clinical research.
• Competence in quality procedures (SOP, ICH/GCP).
• Experienced with EDC, IRT, CTMS, and eTMF.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global team.
• Preferred: Exposure to study initiation through completion.
