Overview

The Client Manager (Licensed Insurance Agent) is responsible for assisting customers with their travel insurance needs through inbound requests, while also maintaining their insurance licensing and contributing to the company’s online presence.

Requirements

• Valid Producer’s License with Line of Authority of Property Casualty
• Minimum one year of insurance sales experience
• Six months experience in a remote position
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience, ideally in a call center
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work one weekend day per week
• Self-motivated and trustworthy with a sense of humor
