As a SkillBridge Intern, you will support key operational and strategic initiatives within our organization, gaining hands-on experience in contract performance analysis, process improvement, and business development.

In Short

• Support program performance analysis and reporting optimization.
• Assist in strategic initiative support and documentation.
• Help with process mapping and SOP development.
• Conduct teaming and talent pipeline research.
• Create a lessons learned playbook from past contracts.
• Work on contract management and business development.
• Engage in data-driven decision-making.
• Develop transferable skills in corporate operations.
• Work Monday to Friday for a 90-day term.
• Designed for active military only.

Requirements

• Military experience with transferable skills in logistics, project management, or operations.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to document workflows.
• Familiarity with contract management or DoD processes is a plus.
