Overview

The Citrix Virtualization Systems Specialist will focus on remote desktop services and ensure the security and efficiency of systems while providing excellent customer support.

• Work with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, MS Terminal Services, and VMWare Horizon.
• Identify and address security issues for customers and internal systems.
• Maintain and update systems while handling reported problems.
• Communicate with customers and schedule appointments independently.
• Document activities through the Change-Management-Process.
• Several years of technical experience in remote desktop services required.
• In-depth knowledge of profile management and 2 FA solutions.
• Experience in building and migrating remote desktop services.
• Good English communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Several years of technical experience in remote desktop services.
• Knowledge of profile management (Ivanti, Citrix UPM) and 2 FA solutions (SecurEnvoy).
• Experience with Powershell Scripting, XenServer, Hyper-V, and Databases.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
