Overview

The Intermediate-Level Business/Financial/Management Analyst will support the OIS’s strategic and tactical planning, data management, financial oversight, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives under the Program Oversight and Enhancement (POE) Task Area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience supporting PMOs or strategic planning organizations.
• Preferred experience in federal or health IT environments.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset and customer-focused approach.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
