• Work remotely to verify signer’s identity and notarize documents.
• Utilize audio-visual technology for notarization.
• Refer questions to Escrow Officers without providing advice.
• Must be a Notary Public with a valid Driver’s License.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate/escrow/title terminology is needed.
• 1 year of experience in reviewing and notarizing documents is preferred.
• Pay range is $19.81 - $26.43 per hour.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic real estate/escrow/title terminology.
• 1 year related experience in document notarization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a Notary Public.
