Overview

The Order to Cash Process Transformation Manager plays a critical role in driving process excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within the shared services organization.

In Short

• Support the design and implementation of future-state OTC processes and service delivery models.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain and update global process documentation.
• Contribute to ERP transformation efforts, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Track and manage project deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops to promote global process understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Solid experience in OTC process improvement or transformation roles.
• Familiarity with global service delivery models.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and compliance.
