Overview

This position is for graduates of an accredited school of Nursing working in a state that does not allow graduates to perform nursing duties until licensed. The role involves providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under supervision while working towards obtaining a nursing license.

In Short

• Provide dialysis therapy under supervision.
• Perform vascular access evaluations and document patient data.
• Monitor patients' responses during dialysis treatment.

Requirements

• Must have a nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Must obtain a nursing license within 90 days of employment.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Ability to handle demanding situations and multitask.
• Capable of working in a healthcare facility environment.
• Must be able to lift and move patients as needed.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
• Must pass Ishihara's Color Blindness test.
