Overview

As a Social Worker with Fresenius Medical Care, you will provide psychosocial services for our dialysis clinic patients, working with the health care team to promote positive adjustment and improved quality of life.

Requirements

• Master's in Social Work required.
• Must have state-required license.
• 0 – 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of kidney disease and treatment options.
• Experience in patient education and counseling.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
• Understanding of advance directives and patient rights.
