The Dialer System Tech/Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high performance blended calling environment for the Customer Service/Collections/Call Center, facilitating effective use of Dialer functionality to maximize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Degree required.
• 2-3 years' experience with dialer solutions/software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• High level of comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work in a team-oriented environment.
