Field Reimbursement Manager - Rheumatology - Remote

Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager for Rheumatology will serve as a subject matter expert on patient support, reimbursement, and access issues while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer experience and support the use of Kevzara.

In Short

• Act as a field point of contact for Rheumatology Patient Support Services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead Kevzara pull-through efforts.
• Provide reimbursement education and support for customers.
• Conduct HCP office or Specialty Pharmacy site visits as needed.
• Establish knowledge on local and national payer landscape.
• Build strong working relationships with key customer segments.
• Identify gaps in operational processes and collaborate for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
• Travel required within the assigned geography (~50%).
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Experience in specialty biologics and pharmacy benefit reimbursement preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Compliance with Sanofi policies and legal requirements.
