Project Manager for Corporate Mobility (80 - 100%) - Remote

Overview

We are 42hacks, a dynamic tech start-up that aims to tackle the climate crisis with innovation and entrepreneurship. We are looking for support in our my-mo team to bring sustainable mobility concepts to life in large companies across Switzerland.

In Short

• Immediate start
• 80 to 100% workload
• Ideally based in Eastern Switzerland (not mandatory)
• Lead the implementation of a pre-conceived mobility concept and our my-mo app at the client's site
• Manage change communication and keep stakeholders engaged
• Conduct successful employee events and app integration
• Work closely with the team to implement the mobility app
• Manage stakeholder relationships with ease
• Coordinate project timelines and support during go-live
• Travel within German-speaking Switzerland as needed

Requirements

• Completed studies in business or a comparable qualification, or several years of experience in project management, ideally in mobility or IT
• Experience in stakeholder management and project communication
• Technical understanding and knowledge of implementing digital solutions
• Fluent in German and very good English skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High initiative, communication skills, stress resistance, and assertiveness
