In Short

• Ongoing accounting for multiple companies
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Verification, recording, and posting of incoming invoices
• Creation of outgoing invoices and recharges
• Preparation and monitoring of payment transactions
• Verification and posting of cash inflows/outflows
• Preparation of VAT pre-declarations
• Support in optimizing existing processes and workflows

Requirements

• Trained tax clerk or financial accountant, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in finance and accounting (at least 1 year), ideally in the real estate sector
• Knowledge of accounting systems (preferably iX-Haus) and MS Office (MS Teams, Word, Excel)
• Structured and independent working style within a team
• Effective communication skills and adaptability
