Law Clerk - Remote

Overview

The Law Clerk will join a busy Compliance and Legal team, supporting corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional activities in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Maintain corporate minute books and organizational documents.
• Prepare resolutions and corporate filings.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and tracking digital-asset regulations.
• Conduct basic legal research.
• Draft documentation for corporate transactions.
• Support contract lifecycle management.

• Manage communications with external counsel and regulators.
• Provide timely responses on corporate documentation.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Law Clerk Studies or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk.
• Strong understanding of OBCA/CBCA and securities regulations.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
