In Short

• Design evidence frameworks and validate algorithms linking wearable sensor data to clinical outcomes.
• Develop models assessing the impact of sleep, recovery, and activity on health.
• Partner with clinical researchers on studies validating wearable-derived metrics.
• Improve signal extraction from physiological time-series data.
• Collaborate with product, research, and clinical teams to translate insights into applications.
• Contribute to publications advancing clinical credibility of insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in clinical or health outcomes research.
• Strong experience with time-series physiological data and/or clinical datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and data wrangling with SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for scaling data workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical researchers and interpret study protocols.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards for digital health validation.
• Background in Value Based Care/Population Health data.
• Experience with EHR and clinical data.
