Support onboarding logistics and answer questions from creators and agencies.
Collaborate with Sales on RFPs and creator-led strategies.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns professionally.
Work cross-functionally to find suitable creators for campaigns.
Stay updated on creator trends and platform changes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in creator marketing, talent management, or partnerships.
Experience working with talent agencies and building relationships.
Confidence in client-facing communications.
Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences.
Proven track record of initiative and creative problem-solving.
Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets and Salesforce.
Experience supporting Sales or CSM teams effectively.
Ability to advocate for creators while making business decisions.
