Junior Accounts Payable Accountant - 12 Months Contract - Remote

Overview

The Junior Accounts Payable Accountant will manage supplier accounts and process incoming invoices using SAP S/4 HANA, collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers.

• Oversee and manage supplier accounts
• Process incoming invoices (verification, posting of service and logistics invoices in SAP S/4 HANA)
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers
• Handle electronic accounts payable inbox
• Support colleagues in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in accounts payable
• Completed commercial training (e.g., tax clerk, industrial clerk, or business economist)
• Good knowledge of Excel and other Office programs
• SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Team player with a self-reliant and responsible working style
• Strong communication skills and initiative complete your profile
