Invoice Inspector - Remote

Overview

As an Invoice Inspector at zooplus in Vienna, you will be responsible for the detailed review of incoming invoices and collaboration with various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

In Short

• Review and control of all incoming goods and transport cost invoices.
• Handle complaints and clarify discrepancies with suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with accounting, purchasing, procurement, and logistics departments.
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Requires commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in retail, preferably in online or mail order.
• Strong numerical understanding.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Hybrid work setup: 60% in-office, 40% remote.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in retail, preferably in online segment or mail order.
• Very good numerical understanding.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory.
