In Short

• Help learners practice relevant skills and gain clarity on course concepts
• Inspire learners, build confidence in their capabilities, and help them understand Salesforce administration
• Optimize learner engagement, learner retention, and learner success
• Facilitate a 10-week series of weekly 2-hour Zoom live sessions
• Prepare for sessions by customizing slides and activities
• Contribute to Slack discussions and reply to learner questions
• Attend occasional debrief sessions with Ziplines managers and instructional designers
• Support learners in achieving their goals
• Provide a complete agenda and activities for live sessions
• Work with a Learner Success Team member during live sessions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a closely related field
• A genuine passion for learning and helping others grow
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in leading dynamic discussions in a Zoom environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Commitment to a full 10-week session
