Junior Virtual/Personal Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual/Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with customer service and influencer management. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable following established processes.

In Short

• Respond to customer service emails using pre-created templates and macros
• Assist with scheduling and calendar management
• Process and schedule influencer orders according to predefined guidelines
• Create emails following established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Build advertisements based on company templates and SOPs
• Conduct influencer outreach using predefined criteria and procedures
• Manage tasks in Trello to track project progress and status
• Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign launch dates, best practices, and deliverable status
