Zeta Global is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Senior Analyst to join our ZX Data Science & Analytics team. If you excel at data storytelling and pride yourself on being a trusted analytics partner to clients, driving optimal outcomes, we want you on our team.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Zeta’s clients, focusing on improving their ROI and market share.
• Utilize data and insights to drive campaign measurement and prescriptive optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish repeatable frameworks for actionable insights.
• Monitor trends in customer behavior and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Assist in the development of predictive and self-adjusting ML models to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements

• Client-facing experience with excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and Python.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and data environments.
• Proven ability to implement statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• BS in MIS, Analytics, Statistics, or similar disciplines with 6+ years of experience, or MS degree with 2+ years of experience.
