Overview

We’re offering a unique opportunity to join our startup as a Founding Engineer with a focus on front-end development. As one of our first team members, you’ll play a key role in creating a truly innovative SaaS product. The position comes with a competitive salary and an attractive equity share (VSOP), giving you a stake in the success of the startup.

In Short

Lead front-end development of an innovative AI product.
Build a scalable library of reusable design components.
Develop interactive UI features including a drag-and-drop slide editor.
Contribute to product strategy with insights into front-end capabilities.
Grow and manage an engineering team.

Requirements

4–5 years of front-end development experience, focusing on React/TypeScript.
Experience in building custom component libraries and complex front-end features.
Strong knowledge of MVC and MVVM patterns, and RESTful APIs.
Expertise in modular CSS with SCSS or CSS-in-JS libraries.
Bonus: Experience as a startup co-founder or in a startup accelerator.
Residency in Germany, ideally Berlin.
Fluency in English.
Availability to start within a month.
