Overview

As an HR Apprentice at Yubo, you will be a key member of our small but mighty HR team, helping us deliver a top-tier employee experience across France and multiple international locations.

In Short

• Handle HR admin tasks like drafting contracts and updating employee files.
• Support local admin processes for employees and contractors across different countries.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll elements and process data in HR tools.
• Draft engaging internal communications on HR processes and company life.
• Participate in strategic HR projects and suggest process improvements.
• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Work closely with the People team and internal stakeholders.
• Be proactive and comfortable diving into complex HR topics.
• Fluent in French and comfortable in English.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable about French labour law and eager to learn about other regulations.
• Highly organized and reliable with administrative tasks.
• Autonomous yet collaborative, enjoying both initiative and teamwork.
• Fluent in French and comfortable in English (written and spoken).
