Overview

As the Community Marketing Specialist, Collegiate at YETI, you will drive awareness and advocacy within University Athletic Programs while building relationships with coaches and training staff.

In Short

• Drive awareness and affinity for YETI in collegiate athletic programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key athletic partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content.
• Provide insights on trends within the collegiate community.
• Handle day-to-day needs of partner relationships.
• Assist with production and staffing of consumer-facing events.
• Travel 60% of the time for outreach and events.
• Work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Manage multiple relationships with high customer service standards.
• Former collegiate athlete preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in collegiate community engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Goal-oriented with high standards for excellence.
