Product Manager - Remote

Overview

You will own the strategy, vision, hands-on execution of our most critical user-facing systems and the automation that powers them. This is not a role for someone who sits in meetings and writes roadmaps. You will roll up your sleeves and build. You'll be a deep domain expert who understands what users really need - often better than they do themselves. You'll listen between the lines, identify pain points that users don't articulate, and design solutions that simultaneously improve their experience and eliminate manual work.

In Short

• Conduct user research to understand real pain points in onboarding, portal usage, and internal operations.
• Own the B2B onboarding journey - define user flows, quickly prototype concepts and wireframes, work with designers to refine them into polished solutions, identify automation opportunities, and work with all teams to embed regulatory requirements seamlessly.
• Own the client portal strategy - design workflows that reduce support tickets through self-service and automation.
• Design the internal operations portal - dashboards, workflows, efficiency tools that make your team faster.
• Design workflows that leverage AI and automation to handle routine work.
• Define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and continuously iterate based on data.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of product management experience shipping successful B2B products in high-growth fintech, BaaS, or payments companies.
• You can quickly prototype concepts and wireframes in design tools (Figma, Framer, Sketch).
• You have deep domain expertise in B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows.
• You're a power user of design software, analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI assistants.
• You have extreme ownership - you do what needs to be done.
• You can listen between the lines and challenge requirements to propose better solutions.
