We are seeking an experienced SAP RE (Real Estate) specialist to manage contracts, assets, and key business processes related to real estate properties. You will play a vital role in overseeing contract management, asset handling, and business process control for real estate assets within SAP. Join a long-term project, working remotely with a leading consulting and digital transformation firm, and contribute to optimizing real estate operations and incident resolution.

• Manage contracts related to real estate assets efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee and manage real estate assets within SAP RE module.
• Control and monitor core business processes tied to real estate properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle incident response and resolution related to SAP RE and associated processes.
• Collaborate with cross-module integration points, including FI, CO, and AA.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP RE implementation, support, and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and asset handling within SAP.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP RE and other modules such as FI, CO, and AA.
• Proven ability to support and optimize business processes related to real estate assets.
• Good communication skills in English (Intermediate-Advanced).
