Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Power Platform / Copilot Studio Developer to lead the creation of innovative Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for new healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building applications and AI-powered agents from the ground up, integrating them with Microsoft Teams and other MS applications, and leveraging Azure to ensure scalability and performance. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, guiding technical execution and delivering solutions that can move quickly from idea to prototype.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of PoCs using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Build and optimize AI-powered Agents in Copilot Studio, ensuring deep integration with Microsoft Teams and other MS apps.
• Integrate solutions with Azure services for scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to rapidly iterate, test, and refine solutions based on feedback.
