Overview

As a Power Platform Developer at Oddball, you will design and build applications and workflows to streamline processes and improve reporting in the federal space.

In Short

• Design and build applications, workflows, dashboards, and data models using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to user adoption.
• Ensure solutions meet Federal accessibility, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify operational needs.
• Support complex integrations and focus on continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and integration methods.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Medicaid/CHIP programs and experience with Power Virtual Agents.
