Overview

The Coordinator, Audience Strategy will be an organized, detail-oriented creative strategist supporting client needs, team projects, and overall operations and administrative duties.

• Own and lead administrative duties including note taking and scheduling.
• Assist in shaping digital strategies that include content creation and community growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Share learnings in actionable ways with the Audience Strategy team.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed based on client needs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of social media strategy/management and/or digital marketing.
• Problem solver with insights, curiosity, and creativity.
• Knowledge and experience targeting historically marginalized audiences.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity.
