As a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) in Internal Service, you will be well-positioned with our client, a logistics service provider specializing in shipping, located in the historic Speicherstadt of Hamburg.

In Short

Administrative processing and verification of containers delivered from Asia
Correspondence with shipping companies
Monitoring of container fleets and recording of tracking data
Commissioning of container repairs
Invoice control and approval
Conducting customs declarations

Requirements

Completed commercial training or studies, e.g., in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or shipping companies
Commercial work experience in a similar field, e.g., in a shipping company, freight forwarding, container leasing, or comparable
Experience in collaboration with shipping companies
Fluent in German and English
