We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented School Sports Travel Planner to manage and oversee travel logistics for school athletic teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to anticipate and resolve travel-related challenges, and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of safety and efficiency during all trips. Work closely with all involved parties to facilitate seamless travel experiences that meet the specific needs of student-athletes.

In Short

• Comprehensive travel planning and coordination with coaches and school administrators.
• Research and secure transportation and lodging arrangements.
• Develop and manage travel budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate travel risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide real-time solutions during travel.
• Maintain detailed records of expenses and prepare financial reports.

Requirements

• Must have a phone (laptop also preferred, but not required).
• Must have good internet connection.
• Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to plan and manage clients' needs with little to no supervision.
• Must be 18+ and coachable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
