Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Attend a quick online orientation
• Participate in training webinars (we’ll provide everything you need—no experience required!)
• Have a smartphone or computer with internet access
• Self-starter mindset: motivated, coachable, and internet-savvy
• Strong communication and people skills
