As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Workday Government, you will be a pivotal leader, shaping and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy tailored for federal government clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity required.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity.
• 7+ years in a senior leadership role focused on federal cybersecurity.
• Experience with FedRAMP authorization processes.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and FISMA.
• Ability to build and scale cybersecurity teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications preferred.
• Experience with cloud security principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearances.
