Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the international team of one of our clients, a growing technology company specialized in visualization solutions for sports and entertainment events. The role combines customer service (70%) with quality assurance tasks (30%).

In Short

• Responsible for ensuring an impeccable experience during the implementation and post-sale of digital products.
• Main point of contact for clients, validating deliverables meet high visual and functional standards.
• 70% customer management, 30% quality assurance.
• Assist customers throughout the product implementation process.
• Generate strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure proper product adoption through training and recommendations.
• Channel client needs to the internal team, resolving frictions.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and ensure satisfaction.
• Validate functionality, usability, and visual quality of products derived from 3D models.
• Execute manual and automated tests following defined scripts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, QA or Customer Success.
• C1 level of English (oral and written).
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA Software.
• Knowledge of testing and software development processes.
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and teamwork.
