Application Tester - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Application Tester to ensure our platform delivers a flawless experience to thousands of users. You will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and reliability of our product as we scale.

In Short

• Design and implement automated testing strategies using Playwright for end-to-end testing
• Develop and maintain comprehensive integration tests across our NestJS backend and ReactJS frontend
• Build and execute test plans for our PostgreSQL database interactions
• Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve bugs early in the development cycle
• Create and maintain CI/CD testing pipelines in AWS (ECS) infrastructure
• Perform regression testing, API testing, and performance testing
• Document test cases, test results, and quality metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium)
• Strong understanding of integration testing and E2E testing methodologies
• Experience testing React applications and REST APIs
• Familiarity with NestJS or Node.js backend testing (Jest, Supertest)
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
