Part Time Building Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Part Time Building Supervisor will provide evening and weekend supervision and support at the Sports and Recreation Center, ensuring safety and excellent customer service in the absence of professional staff.

In Short

• Supervise operations and safety at the Sports and Recreation Center.
• Be a welcoming representative of the PERA department.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist with event setups.
• Oversee communications and assist student staff.
• Coordinate mandatory trainings for student employees.
• Participate in maintenance management of PERA facilities.
• Supervise Control Desk student workers.
• Assist with processing memberships and locker rentals.
• Update the WPI community on building updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Attend bi-weekly meetings.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
• Criminal background check required.
