Are you the project manager who can manage challenging real estate projects? At Woonzorg, you have the opportunity to work on an impressive investment program of €1.5 billion in senior housing over the coming years. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of transformations, redevelopment, and new construction projects.

In Short

• Contribute to affordable and safe housing for seniors and care.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within real estate or construction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
