This role involves hands-on work within an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables/General Ledger Department, requiring advanced Portuguese language skills and accounting experience.

In Short

  • Process vendor invoices and monitor on-hold invoices.
  • Ensure accuracy and traceability of transactions.
  • Perform vendor reconciliation and month-end reports.
  • Manage customer master data and cash allocation.
  • Analyze and book journal entries.
  • Reconcile trial balances and prepare financial reports.
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solving in daily tasks.
  • Utilize MS Office and SAP for reporting.
  • Good Excel skills required.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of Portuguese is a must.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Ability to analyze financial data.
  • Proactive in solving day-to-day issues.
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP preferred.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
  • Knowledge of state financial regulations.
  • Good all-round Excel skills.
