Outpatient Psychotherapist - Remote

Overview

The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy services to clients with mental health conditions in a hospital-affiliated outpatient program.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including substance use and mental health evaluations.
• Develop individualized, strength-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT).
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups for clients and their families.
• Monitor client progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with internal providers and external community resources.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Licenses and Credentials: LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in providing therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
