Intern - Supply Chain Management - Remote

Overview

The Intern will support various supply chain departments at Mass General Brigham, assisting with special projects and daily operations under the guidance of a supply chain team member.

In Short

• Internship from June to August 2025.
• Support in areas like Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Operations Support.
• Assist with closing supply chain data in PeopleSoft ERP.
• Perform tasks related to the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday.
• Utilize Microsoft Office products for communication and management.
• Attend department meetings and maintain notes.
• Work in a remote environment during eastern standard business hours.
• Must have strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking abilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Current enrollment in college-level coursework required.
• Desire to work in Finance or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics.
• Ability to interact with people from all organizational levels.
• Self-directed and capable of independent work.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Detail-oriented and flexible.
• Ability to work 4 days a week for 8 hours a day.
• Quiet, secure workstation required for remote work.
