Overview

The Group Facilitator is responsible for providing group psychotherapy and individual therapy to clients in various settings, including inpatient units and partial hospital programs, focusing on skill acquisition and community-making.

• Experience with empirically supported group therapy skills.
• Familiarity with community-based treatment programs.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and training.
• Ability to set and maintain boundaries.
• Interest in inpatient psychiatric treatment issues.
